Not sure which Mac you have? 3 short steps
  1. Click the Apple menu at the top-left corner of your screen.
  2. Choose About This Mac.
  3. Look at the line that says Chip or Processor.

It says Chip: Apple M1, M2, M3 or M4: choose Mac with Apple chip.

It says Processor: Intel: choose Mac with Intel chip.

What you get

A program on your own Mac

Install it once, then open TAQNIX ERP from your Applications folder. It opens in your web browser.

Works without internet

Everyday invoicing and reports do not need an internet connection. Your data stays on your Mac.

Set up for Oman

Invoices carry 5% VAT, with amounts in the Omani rial.

Arabic and English

Work in Arabic or in English. Arabic screens and documents are laid out from right to left.

What you need

  • A Mac with macOS 13 or later.
  • About 600 MB of free space.
  • A web browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox). To save invoices as PDF files, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is needed.
  • The password you use to log in to your Mac.

The install guide has short steps with the exact names of the buttons you will click, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Click through the screens before you install anything. It is a design prototype of the Saudi edition with fictional sample data (amounts in SAR, 15% VAT, ZATCA panels). The edition for Oman is set up for 5% VAT and ZATCA does not apply there.

The pictures come from a design prototype of the Saudi edition: amounts are in SAR, VAT is 15% and some panels mention ZATCA. ZATCA does not apply in Oman; the edition for Oman is set up for 5% VAT.
