Common questions
Is a quotation the same as an invoice?
No. A quotation is an offer: it says what you will supply and at what price. An invoice is issued once the sale is made. TAQNIX ERP turns an accepted quotation into an order and an invoice.
What should a quotation say?
At least who is offering, who it is for, what is offered with quantities and prices, the VAT, and how long the offer holds. Add your payment terms so nobody is surprised later.
